Flow (aka FLOW) là một rock band Nhật , thành lập năm 1998 và kí hợp đồng với Sony Music Japan's Ki/oon Records . Flow gồm 5 thành viên bởi 2 vocalists, 1 tay trống , 1 bassist and 1 guitarist. Vào tháng 2 năm 2012, band đã phát hành 23 singles và seven albums.



Nhóm thành lập khi 2 anh em Kōshi (anh: vocals) và Take (em: guitar)cùng bắt đầu choi8w nhạc. họ lập lên Flow vào 1998, và thật sự ra mắt khi có Keigo (vocals), Gotō (bass) và Iwasaki (drums;  2000). Vào năm2001, band ra mắt maxi single, "Flow #0". Sau đó nhóm phát hành 2 mini-albums cùng năm, lọt nationwide indie charts , "Okuru Kotoba", cover single đầu của Flow, ra mắt vào tahnsg 1nawm 2003. Nằm trong Oricon indie chart 7 tuần liên tiếp và cũng giành No. 6 trong overall singles chart. Vào mùa xuân, full-scale album đầu tiên của họ Splash!!! ra mắt ở vị trí No. 2. Ivào tahnsg 7/ 2003, Flow cho ra single "Blaster" trong 1 hãng đĩa chuyên nghiệp, Ki/oon Records. tháng 8/ 2004, họ phát hành "Go!!!",nằm trên Oricon Top 10 Chart trong 3 tuần. Vào tháng 5/ 2004, Flow phát hành album chuyên nghiệp đầu tiên Game.
